Graco Inc. Has Completed Its Previously-Announced Acquisition of Color Service S.r.l., a Global Manufacturer of Specialized Automatic Precision Dosing Systems for Powders and Liquids

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced today that it has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Color Service S.r.l. (“Color Service”) for €63 million, subject to customary adjustments. Color Service is a global leader in automated dosing systems for powder and liquid applications. Color Service had revenue of €34 million in 2024, has approximately 140 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Italy.
