MFS Investment Management® (MFS®) announced a liquidating distribution for MFS Special Value Trust (NYSE American: MFV), a closed-end management investment company ("the fund"). The distribution is payable on April 29, 2024, to shareholders of the fund at the close of business on April 10, 2024.
